A small idea that scaled because
we did the obvious things.
Aurora exists because the BPO industry stopped listening to its buyers. We pay attention. The rest takes care of itself.
Why we exist
In early 2023, our founder was running outbound sales for a US firm and watching the same pattern repeat: agencies pitched everything but delivered nothing. Cold-call pods that rotated agents weekly. "Premium" lists that were Apollo exports. Quarterly business reviews that were sales decks for upsells.
The actual work — talking to prospects, learning what they care about, getting them on a call with someone qualified — was disappearing under management theater.
Aurora was started to be the opposite of that. One pod. Named agents. Real KPIs. Public pricing. No surprise fees. The same simple model that worked for the first five callers is the model we run with 140+ today.
What we believe
Transparency by default
We publish what we cost, how we operate, and where we fall short. "Contact us for pricing" is a tax we don't charge.
Operators, not vendors
We hire from sales operations backgrounds — not hospitality, not data entry. Our agents understand what a CRM is for.
Long-term over transactional
Our clients average 11 months of engagement. We optimize for that, not for closing one quarter.
Adjust, don't excuse
If a number isn't moving, we change the script — not the explanation. Iteration is the job.
How we got here
The team
140+ people across operations, sales, support, training, and quality assurance. The majority of agents are recruited from local universities — most have strong written and spoken English, exposure to Western media, and the patience to handle four-hour shifts of cold calls. We pay above local market and invest in continuous training.
