Billing and contract questions

What's included in the per-agent price? +

All-in: agent salary, benefits, training, management overhead, QA, and equipment. The only thing not included is your own software seats (CRM, dialer, helpdesk) — we work inside your accounts.

Are there setup fees? +

No. We charge zero setup fees for any engagement. First invoice goes out 30 days after agents start production.

What's the payment cadence? +

Monthly invoicing, net-30 payment terms. We accept ACH, wire, and major cards (with 2% processing fee). For annual prepay there's a 7% discount.

What if the agent doesn't work out? +

We replace at no cost during the first 90 days. After that, replacement is included if the agent leaves or underperforms against agreed KPIs — you only pay for the time the new agent is in production.

Can I scale down or pause? +

Yes — 30-day notice to add, remove, or pause agents. No exit fees. No minimum total spend.

Do you offer per-lead or per-meeting pricing? +

For lead-gen and appointment-setting engagements, yes — $45–$120 per qualified lead or $120–$280 per booked-and-attended meeting depending on ICP. Most clients prefer the retainer model after a few months because it's more predictable.

What about international payments and currency? +

We invoice in USD by default. EUR and GBP available on request — exchange rate locked at month start. We handle our own tax on our end; you're not on the hook for VAT on services from Ethiopia.
