Outbound sales teams that actually deliver. We answer calls.|
140+ trained agents. Outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting — at a fraction of the cost. Real results, real savings.
Four ways we operate differently
Most BPOs compete on price. We compete on the structural choices most BPOs avoid.
Dedicated agents, not a pool
Your team is named. You interview before they start. Same person works your account every day — they learn your product, build context, and don't get rotated unless you ask.
Transparent pricing, real BLS data
We publish what we cost and what US/UK competitors cost — sourced from public Bureau of Labor Statistics figures. No "contact us for pricing" runaround.
Your CRM. Your data. Your control.
Agents work inside your HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel — never our database. Access can be revoked instantly. NDAs signed before any login.
Month-to-month, no lock-in
30-day notice to scale up, down, or pause. No multi-year minimum. No exit fee. If we're not earning the spot, you don't keep paying.
From handshake to meetings booked, in 30 days.
Same playbook every engagement. The schedule below is what you'll see in writing on day one.
Discovery
ICP workshop, KPI definition, script audit. We learn your product, your buyer, your objections.
Design & Train
Agent selection (you interview), CRM integration, script v1, product training, shadow calls.
Deploy
Soft launch on small list, then full production. Daily reports, first meetings on your calendar.
Iterate
Weekly funnel review. Script tuning. ICP refinement. Scale up the pod or pause — your call.

Social Media
Content calendar, posting, community management across all platforms.
Market Research
Phone surveys, competitor intel, decision-ready reports.
Virtual Assistance
Dedicated VAs for admin, scheduling, research, data entry.
Day-one integration with the tools you already run.

Three years.
Twenty-eight× the team.
We grew from a handful of outbound callers to a full BPO operation by being obsessive about one thing: agents who actually do the job.
Same output. 80% less cost.
Agents on shift while your customers are awake.
Three rotating shifts ensure your team is reachable from London at 7am to Sydney at 7pm — no "we'll get back to you tomorrow."
Three years of doing the work, one wall of receipts.
Real engagements.
Real numbers.
Three current clients, three different problems, three sets of outcomes.

You see the work.
Every day, on the same schedule.
No black boxes. Every engagement runs the same operating loop — daily activity, weekly funnel review, monthly tuning.
Sample daily recap — actual format adapts to your CRM and KPI definitions.
We started Aurora in 2023 because the BPO industry had become an industry of pooled agents, hidden pricing, and lock-in contracts. The buyers we talked to didn't want any of that — they wanted a real team that learned their product, hit real KPIs, and could leave any month.
That's the only thing we've built. Dedicated agents, transparent prices, month-to-month. Our agents are named. Our reports show every number. Our prices are public.
We're 140+ people now, mostly in Addis Ababa, mostly hired from local universities, all trained on Western outbound and support playbooks. We answer to our clients directly — not through five layers of account management. When something breaks, you talk to the people fixing it.
If you're evaluating BPOs and looking for a real partner over a transactional vendor, we'd love to talk.
Answers before you ask
The questions every buyer sends us. Saving everyone the email tag.
How are your prices so much lower than US/UK agencies? +
We operate from Addis Ababa with English-fluent agents trained on Western sales playbooks. The arbitrage is real — agents in Ethiopia have strong language skills and significantly lower cost-of-living, so we deliver the same output at roughly 20% of US-equivalent payroll. No tricks, no junior offshoring schemes.
How do you charge — hourly, monthly, or per-lead? +
We default to monthly retainer per dedicated agent (typically $530–$800/mo all-in, depending on role and hours). For lead-gen-only engagements we can do per-qualified-lead pricing. We don't lock you into multi-year contracts — month-to-month with 30-day notice.
What's the minimum commitment? +
One agent, one month. Most clients start with a 5-agent pod for 90 days to prove ROI, then scale up. There's no per-seat onboarding fee.
Will I get the same agent every day, or a rotating pool? +
Dedicated agents. Your team is named, you can interview them before they start, and they don't get rotated unless you ask. Backup coverage is available for absences.
What tools and CRMs do you work with? +
Agents are trained on GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Apollo, Outreach, and most major dialers (Dialpad, JustCall, Aircall). If your stack is custom, we'll train on it during the first week — included.
How do you handle data security and GDPR? +
Every agent signs an NDA before starting. Client data lives in your systems — we work inside your CRM, not ours. We're GDPR-compliant for EU client engagements and can sign DPAs on request. SOC 2 Type II is on our 2026 roadmap.
How fast can you ramp a team? +
Standard ramp is 7–10 business days from signed agreement: 2 days for agent selection, 3–5 days for training on your script/CRM, and a 2-day shadow period before they start production. Rush ramps in 72 hours are possible with a small premium.
What time zones do your agents work? +
Any. We staff to your customers' timezone, not ours. Most US clients run 9am–6pm EST or PST. We have shift coverage for 24/7 support engagements.
Do you replace agents who underperform? +
Yes — if an agent isn't hitting targets after a 30-day ramp, we replace them at no cost. We monitor calls, track KPIs, and share weekly performance reports so you see what we see.
Can I see real examples of your work? +
Absolutely. We can share recorded calls (with prospect consent), sample lead lists, and case studies from current clients on request. We're also publicly verified on Upwork — check our profile for unfiltered reviews.
